3. Can you offer free samples? And how about the sample lead time?
- yes ,we are very glad to send some samples to you for checking quality of our product, but some customized sample, we need charge the related customized made charge, and the freight need self-pay. Thanks for understanding.
Sample lead time is about 7-14 days.
4. What is your payment way& payment term?
-TT, Paypal, LC, Trade Assurance, etc. Payment term: 50% deposit in advance and the balance should be paid before shipment.
5. Why is have to be deposited?
-Most of our packaging products are custom made (exclusive printing), If by any chance the order is canceled ,those products cannot sell to anybody else. Thanks！
